We have graduated to using softcore processors similar to Xilinx Picoblaze. We are familiar with wide variety the emulators and development tools.
Our experience with the programmable logic started with ALTERA PLDs in late 1990s. Since then we have used both the ALTERA and the Xilinx devices, the latest being Xilinx SPARTAN. In general we depend on the development tools provided by the vendor. In case of a specialized requirements like advanced high speed design, we can support with our trusted partners on case-by-case basis.
Our engineers have vast knowledge of c/c++, Python, java, systemC, VERILOG, VHDL, as well as experience in integration with android, iOS and cloud based applications.
Information generated by IoT devices and sensors is to be transferred to an intelligent device like a mobile handset or to the cloud for display, analysis and storage. Considering distributed configuration of sensors, wireless data transfer is the preferred method. We have wide experience with a variety of wireless data transfer methods including Bluetooth, Bluetooth Low Energy, ZigBee, GSM and Wi-Fi. In addition to traditional 2.4 GHz systems, our support for 802.11 extends to 5 GHz solutions as per 802.11n and 802.11ac, taking advantage of wide bandwidth, more number of channels and MIMO spatial streams for better throughput. We are in the process of extending the support to data transfer over 5G/LTE mobile network.
